Product Engineer - Raynham, MA 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee production/project activities through the management of budgets, resources, timelines, and deliverables
  • Provide primary interface to vendor/suppliers/contract manufacturer for communication of project status and plans
  • Analyze test data, investigate and determine root cause analysis, interpret results, and formulate conclusions
  • Lead investigation of device failures to determine root cause and corrective action
  • Oversee and perform testing and inspection of final production products
  • Lead process development activities, write work instructions, and develop in process inspection procedures
  • Lead product and process risk assessments
  • Have strong knowledge of measurement system analysis (e.g. calibration, accuracy, gage R&R, etc)
  • Generate CAD models for test or assembly fixtures
  • Have strong knowledge of methods/tools to assess manufacturing process capability (IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Prepare detailed component and assembly drawings
  • Prepare documentation to support design history files and regulatory submissions
  • Maintain DHF and ensure documents are complete, accurate, and current
  • Communicate effectively with customers and vendors in a technical capacity 

Skills/Qualifications:

  • BS in Engineering or equivalent technical degree
  • 2-5 years relevant experience in medical device environment, preferred
  • Experience with SolidWorks, Pro/Engineer and/or other 3D CAD modeling software
  • Knowledge of medical device regulations (FDA/ISO)

Independent Sales Representative (1099)

Florida, Boston, Arizona, California, Ohio 

This is an excellent opportunity in the Laparoscopic Surgery field. EndoEvolution, LLC is an innovative company — with products that are sold directly to hospitals.  You will be working with surgeons and operating room staff's, attending live cases with the Endo360° laparoscopic suturing device.  You’ll be a valuable team member with a possible opportunity for a full time position.

 The Ideal candidate should have: 

  • 3-5 years of successful operating room sales experience
  • Must be comfortable in Operating Room
  • Must be able to in-service all hospital staff
  • Be able to install product in the hospital
  • Great business acumen with ability to travel
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills with highly energetic sales personality
  • A proven track record demonstrating measurable sales success
  • Promoting the Endo360° suturing device in the hospital and OR

Clinical Specialist

Tennessee & Boston

The Clinical Specialist will provide technical and educational support for their assigned geography and is assigned to the Area Sales Manager for the region.  The candidate will be able to work independently in a fast paced environment and have the ability to build strong relationships surgeons. 

  • Bachelors Degree in a Life Sciences area
  • Minimum of three years of clinical experience
  • Two or more years in the medical device industry
  • Minimum of one year OR experience
  • Must have experience with General, Bariatric, or Thoracic surgeon
  • Must have existing relationships
  • Great business acumen with ability to travel
