Jerry Brecher


Jerry is co-founder of EndoEvolution and co-inventor of its core technology. He has led the company from its inception, through product development and two rounds of venture capital. As co-founder of Acufex Microsurgical, the pioneer arthroscopy company, he was “present at the creation” of minimally invasive surgery, and as founder, CEO, and Chairman of American Surgical Technologies, introduced 3DSCOPE, the first FDA approved three-dimensional video system for laparoscopic surgery. Jerry received his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins and holds graduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and MIT.


Ron Rudowsky


Ron Rudowsky has over 35 years of successful medical device experience in both large and small companies, where he developed the skills necessary to build a sales and marketing infrastructure. Before joining Tri-Medics, Ron was an executive consultant at Baxano, reporting to the President & CEO. His responsibilities included sales operations, upstream marketing and procedure development.

Prior to Baxano, Ron was Vice President at SurgRx, Inc. where he was recruited to provide upstream marketing, procedure development, and to manage distribution in Europe and Japan. The company was successfully acquired by Johson & Johnson in 2008.

Ron has over 18 years of experience in three other medical device start up companies that included Novacept which was sold to Cytyc in March 2004.

Ron began his career at Johnson & Johnson (Ethicon, Inc.) where he held positions in sales, sales management and marketing.
